John 19:17:

“So they took Jesus, and he went out, bearing his own cross, to the place called the place of a skull, which is called in Hebrew “Golgotha.”

Today’s Virtue:

Acceptance of the Divine Will of God and true love for our own cross.

Emulate Mary and walk faithfully with her and Jesus on the way to Calvary. For Jesus said in Mathew 16:24, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”

Conclude the day praying the a decade of the Rosary meditating on today’s mystery.
